Receiving items in your inventory

When you receive a new delivery of strings, grips, or other physical items, you will want to add them to your inventory.

1. From the catalog, select all the items you received in your delivery. Create them if they are not in your catalog yet. A type, brand and model are sufficient.
2. Click on the selection icon at the bottom. This displays the list of items you have selected.
3. Click on the selection icon again to bring up the action menu. Choose receive items.

1. Adjust the quantities you received
2. Adjust the cost of this line item, for the whole set of items. E.g. if you received 3 packages of strings, at $20 each, your quantity would be 3 sets and your cost would be $60.

Distributing the shipping costs

You may have some shipping costs you may want to distribute. The distribution would be according to the cost of each line item.

If you have three lines, one at $10, another at $10 and the third at $20 (for a total of $40), and you distribute $4, the first line will get $1, the second $1, and the third $2.

1. Enter the entire amount of the cost to be distributed. E.g. if you shipping was $12.90, enter $12.90 in the "Other costs" box at the top.
2. Click on the distribute button.
